Takeoffs are prepared using scaled PDF drawings unless noted otherwise in the project documentation.

Additional tasks such as completing bid forms, revisions due to updated drawings, or filling out project-related documents are billed separately.

Payments are accepted via credit card. Our standard terms are 50% due upon project approval and 50% due before final delivery.
